 The imaginative
need look no further than GoodWorks International,
the business consulting firm founded by former Atlanta mayor, UN ambassador
and colleague of Dr. Martin Luther King, Andrew Young. GoodWorks
is making black history indeed, along with buckets of cash from clients like Barrick Gold, a Bush-connected operation whose Congolese
mines help fuel a bloody civil war with 5 million dead and counting so far.
Young's firm enjoys intimate and lucrative connections with the shadowy
Maurice Templesman, a prominent figure in the trade
of African blood diamonds for decades.
It's the registered lobbyist for the Nigerian
government in Washington, and implicated in at least one
money laundering scheme for Nigeria's president Obasanjo, in
addition to fronting for various multinational oil and mineral companies on
the African continent.
"There's an increasing number of...a class of
African Americans who...feel no sense of responsibility, no shame, no ties to
the continent, who are incapable of playing any kind of role. I think we see
that with Condoleezza Rice.
We see it even more clearly in some of the other appointments which have been
recently made, like for example the new assistant secretary of state for Africa.
She seems...an individual to be very concerned about given her past, and her
military background, with regard to what type of role she will play in the
system. So we see African Americans often emerging as functionaries of the
system, the gendarmes, if you will, of the system for the recolonization
of Africa both by corporate and military establishment in the United States."

Andrew Young, because of his previous years of
foreign experience as U.S. ambassador to the
United Nations, he has acquired knowledge about the African continent and its
vast resources. Although one does not
have to be involved in foreign policy or even visit Africa to be aware of its
vast riches. As leaders such as Mr.
Young and others become more aware that an increasing number of African
Americans are aware of the situation in Africa, they will have to
realize that they will be held accountable for what type of relations they
have with the Investor Class in America and Europe. Not only this Investor Class but also with
certain Black African leaders who are also closely tied to the Investor
Class. Many of these African
Americans, especially of the Civil Rights era, have done very well socially
and economically. However, the
subsequent generations have and are not doing too well. Part of this is the blame of the
“leadership generation”. Generally,
they did not move beyond “the dream” to “the vision”. Therefore, so many of our people perish in America and around the
world. Black America is Africa’s answer. Africa is Black America’s answer.

Any immoral sort of relationship Andrew Young’s
company, GoodWorks International, has with the
Investor Class must be known and not continue.
In past CART Analysis, I have shown how the
African countries with the highest HIV/AIDS rate were those countries that
have the largest amount of diamonds and strategic metals. We must be cognizant of those who, on the
surface, appear as humanitarians but are greedy opportunists operating in the
name of capitalism, free market and democracy. I have shared that Uganda has had the highest
death rates while British companies earn record profits in Uganda, “the Pearl of
Africa”.

Maurice Tempelsman
Maurice Tempelsman is
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lazare
Kaplan International Inc., the largest cutter and polisher of "ideal
cut" diamonds in the United
States. He also is senior partner in the firm
of Leon Tempelsman & Son, a company active in
mining, investments and business development and minerals trading in Europe, Russia, Africa, Latin
America, Canada and Asia. Mr. Tempelsman serves on the International Advisory Council
of the American Stock Exchange.
Mr. Tempelsman served as Chairman of the
Corporate Council on Africa until
2002 and is now Chairman Emeritus.
A member of the Board of Trustees of the Africa-America Institute (and a
past Chairman), Mr. Tempelsman is also a Director
of the National Democratic Institute of International Affairs, the Center
for National Policy and the Business Council for International
Understanding.
He is Chairman of the International Advisory Council of HAI and is an
honorary trustee and an honorary member of the corporation of Woods Hole
Oceanographic Institution. He is a member of the Council on Foreign
Relations, and was named a Visitor to the Department of Classical Art of
the Museum of Fine
Arts, Boston.
Mr. Tempelsman has served on several Presidential
Commissions including the President’s Commission for the Observance of Human
Rights, the Citizen’s Advisory Board of Youth Opportunities and the
National Highway Safety Advisory Committee, and was appointed by Governor
Carey to the New York Council on International Business.
Born in Belgium in 1929,
Mr. Tempelsman came to the United
States as a child. He attended New
York public schools and New
York University. He has
three children. Mr. Tempelsman is fluent in
several languages and his interests are in the fields of history,
archaeology, and sailing.

More than a year ago, in the CART Analysis, I
showed how Israel and Belgium exports more diamonds
to the U.S. than all of the
African nations combined. With Mr. Tempelsman you see the Israeli and Belgian
connection. Because he has been in
this business for such a long time, it is very reasonable to connect the dots
with “Blood Diamonds”. Those Blacks
who are associated with him must also be questioned and held accountable.
There is a smoking gun regarding Mr. Tempelsman as well as some Blacks within the Namibian
government and diamond industry. Also,
the media remained quiet and are, therefore, complicit in this immoral
economic predatorism of African people.

The Real Maurice Templesman
Last year some documents from
the prime minister in Namibia
were leaked. Among them was a letter written by Maurice Templesman,
who is very much the De Beers representative in the U.S.
in a formal sense. The Namibian government had decided that it wanted to
check the price De Beers was paying them for their diamonds. De Beers
doesn't only buy all the product from Namibia;
it also sets the price it's paying. The government is supposed to be De
Beers' partner, but it decided to make sure De Beers was paying the correct
price, the market price. Maurice Templesman met
with the president and prime minister, and the leaked letter was one he
wrote back to them.
It said, roughly, "As I told you, we are
prepared to make $50 million available to you that does
not have to be reported officially if you don't check the prices De Beers
is paying." This letter was released in Namibian newspapers…….

We are the ones who are going to change
this. How? You who read the CART Analysis must spread
this information to ordinary people.
You must increase the knowledge of the common Black people in America, Africa and throughout the
African Diaspora. We have never had
such ability as we have now to reconnect with each other via the
internet. It was written by the
ancient Blacks that “Knowledge will be increased in those days”. Therefore, it was not necessary to tell the
entire story of the future. We do know
who and what was what in the beginning.
It is now moving back to that.
In spite of the “Pharaoh Factor” where every Black born is targeted
for extermination, through knowledge, we will turn this arrow that flies
under the cover of darkness around and reverse to its sender.
