WASHINGTON (AP) - Joseph Biden,
chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee and a Democratic
presidential candidate, called Wednesday for the use of military force to end
the suffering in Darfur.
``I would use American force now,''
Biden said at a hearing before his committee. ``I think it's not only time
not to take force off the table. I think it's time to put force on the table
and use it.''
In advocating use of military force,
Biden said senior U.S. military officials in Europe told him that 2,500 U.S. troops could ``radically change the
situation on the ground now.''
``Let's stop the bleeding,'' Biden
said. ``I think it's a moral imperative.''
Under U.N.-backed agreements approved
last fall, a hybrid force of 22,000 African Union and U.N. peacekeepers are
to be deployed in Darfur to protect and provide relief for 2.5 million Darfurians who
have been forced from their homes and are now confined to camps.
``We must set a hard deadline for Khartoum to accept a hybrid U.N.-AU force,''
Biden said.
The Bush administration has always
rejected use of military force in Darfur, partly because of a possible outcry, particularly in Muslim
countries about hostile U.S. action in yet another Islamic country
on the heels of the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.
Andrew Natsios, the special U.S. envoy to Sudan, said the U.S. has agreed to a request by U.N.
Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon for a two- to four-week delay in imposing
unilateral sanctions against Sudan so negotiations can take place on
whether Sudan will accept deployment of
international peacekeepers for Darfur.
Natsios said the U.S. is contemplating sanctions against 29
Sudanese companies. He said they are the type of sanctions that have been
imposed with some success against Iran and North Korea.
If the sanctions are applied on the
Sudanese companies, he said, they could lead to the paralysis of some of
their operations.
``It will have an affect on the
economy,'' Natsios said in testimony to the committee.
Biden, of Delaware, and other senators expressed
impatience with the lack of progress on Darfur four years after civil strife broke
out between Arab and black tribes in the western Sudanese region.
Sudan's government has agreed to the initial
stages of the proposed deployment. But President Omar al-Bashir has rejected
full deployment, concerned that Sudanese sovereignty will be violated and the
troops will arrest Sudanese officials suspected of authorizing war crimes.

In the previous CART
Analysis, TransAfrica's Position on
Sudan, I indicated that “Black leadership” must no longer support
American policy that is anti-Black in Africa but pro-profit for the Investor Class of Europe and America. We now
have Senator Joseph Biden promoting American military force in Sudan. However,
notice that the media attempts to re-coin Sudan as “Darfur”, even
using the term, “Darfurian”. There is
no such country. Therefore, the
objective is to partition Africa further. The
Investor Class of Europe and America are notorious for renaming all that is Africa, according to their geopolitical objectives driven by profit and
looting. Where is the Congressional Black Caucus on this? Just because Joe Biden is in the Democratic
Party does not mean the Congressional Black Caucus should be silent about his
push to bring the same sort of hell to Sudan that America has brought to Somalia, Iraq, Lebanon and Afghanistan. It also
does not mean Blacks should jump into the embracing stench of the Republican
Party.
Where is the cry for war
crimes against an American government that has and continue to attempt to
“enforce its will against who it wants, where it wants, and as often as it
wants”?
I have shown in past
CART Analysis that the fighting in Sudan is not between Arabs and Africans. This is nonsense. It is between Black Africans, Black Muslims
and it is mostly over land and water. How does America’s
Investor Class fit in? First, I would like to reiterate that the Investor Class includes
some vested “Negroes” who serve the interests of this same class whose first
significant commodity on Wall Street were
enslaved Africans, not rice, corn, wheat, etc. We must not accept Wall Street in our
minds. We must not accept its payments
within our hands. There has never been
a bigger gambling house on the planet.
It is the “temple of money changers” where too many of our PhD Bo Bo’s
play.
This news article does
not mention the fact that African Union troops are present in Sudan and have been for a long time. It does not mention the fact that Chad military forces recently attacked and killed
Sudanese military personnel within Sudan. Chad must not become as the Ethiopian government, a
tool for the Investor Class of American greed and plunder. Chad must not become as the “opposition” in Zimbabwe, American and British paid instigators of
government. We must not facilitate beneficiaries of chaos.
For 12 years sanctions
were applied against Iraq following the Gulf War, it was a siege which
caused the deaths of thousands of Iraqis.
This was followed up with the massive genocide caused by British and
American invasion of Iraq. Even
today, we observe as the so-called safest areas of Iraq are penetrated with bombs, killing some members
of the American created “government of Iraq”. Iraq should be a good teaching point for those of us
who embrace the maximization of
profits and the diabolical whims that comes with it. Our goal must be that of understanding,
knowledge and trust followed by economic empowerment within the Black
Universe.
When American leaders
make the statement, “protecting our way of life”, what they are really saying
is that they have stock in oil & gas and other corporations that are
raking in record profits from the raping of Africa’s raw resources. As stated before, Angola did not experience massive economic growth until
the end of Jonas Savimbi, following 27 years of death and plunder in Africa resulting in record profits for American and European
corporations.
Although “Black
leadership” has included Africa infomercials on BET (Black Entertainment
Television), they must be more honest about the situation in certain areas of
Africa. They
must not promote policies simply because they, along with the traditional
Investor Class, have a vested financial interest in those areas of Africa. We must move towards our own private investment,
outside of Wall Street, within African nations. It is no longer acceptable to enrich those
who openly and covertly murder so many Blacks. HIV/AIDS, to-date, has been their biggest
convert weapon. This is not forgivable.
The retribution is in cutting the financial ties with the
institutionalized Investor Class. We
earn over $700 BILLION each year in America! Only the
ignorant or fools can ignore the fact that 61% of Blacks in America between the ages of 13 to 23 makes up the
HIV/AIDS cases. This is not because of
sex but the result of government planning and targeting. It was Black doctors who carried out wicked
experiments on Black men in the Tuskegee Syphilis experimentation, promoting
the program of the “king”. The
plantation masters, i.e., Senator Joe Biden and the Black overseers, i.e.,
most members of the Congressional Black Caucus, want the Black masses to
focus on Darfur, a country that does not exist. Do not focus on the distractions.
Lastly, when persons
such as Don Imus can boldly call any Black women, yes, Black women, “nappy headed hos” on national radio and tv,
it means Blacks have little to no value and are set-aside for irrelevance and,
therefore, extermination. The ignorant
or assimilationists states, “oh, it was not racists but against all
women”. Hmmmmm……… it is clear who
“nappy headed……..” is referencing. I’m
sure the few white females on the team knew that this did not mean them. These people of the Investor Class have an
unholy boldness and it doesn’t matter if they are from the so-called Left or
Right. More importantly, the “Black leadership” should
have been and must now put the same amount of indignant rage into rejecting the violent comedy and lyrics
promoted by “blood suckers” and projected by the “artists”. Blacks should keep the garbage in the
closet. Blacks who sit on their butts
and watch and laugh at the garbage can be spending that time gathering and
working together to reverse their own devolution. This is not the right time for party-time. Many of these are the same fools who said
the Black community should use some of the drug monies to economically uplift
the Black community. Minds that are free of drugs
are a threat to the Investor Class.
Many of the socio-economic elite Blacks are cocaine snorting addicts
with clouded judgment reflected in many of those who were the children of
Generation X and the subsequent generation.
Death can only produce death.
